Support Portal Access
How to log in to the support portal and request access for your team.
The support portal is where partner teams raise and track tickets (disputes, limit changes, operational cases).
Required Agent Information
To grant an agent access to the portal, provide the following:
| Information | Detail | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Full legal name | As it appears on official ID or employment contract | Yes |
| Corporate email address | Issued by the employing organisation (e.g. [email protected]). Where no corporate email exists, a work email address is accepted. | Yes |
| Employment / contractor status | One of: Full-time Employee, Part-time Employee, Contractor, Consultant | Yes |
| Job title | Official title per HR records or contract | Yes |
| Company contact person (approver) | Full name and email of the internal approver authorising portal access | Yes |
Logging In
You need the portal link provided by Wirex and access to the email address associated with your account.
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Open the portal URL shared by Wirex. |
| 2 | On the landing page, click Login here. |
| 3 | Authenticate via OneLogin — enter your credentials and click Continue. |
| 4 | Enter the confirmation code sent to your registered email. |
| 5 | First login only: you may be briefly redirected to the Freshdesk dashboard. This is expected — close or ignore that page. |
| 6 | Navigate back to the portal URL. You are now logged in. |
The Freshdesk redirect only occurs on the first login. Subsequent logins go directly to the portal.
Requesting Access
To request access for a colleague, open the portal, click Request portal access, and submit the five fields listed in Required Agent Information.
Access is granted as soon as possible.
Requests for non-work email addresses are not processed.
