Marketing Jurisdiction Matrix

Where the Wirex co-brand card program may be marketed, and where marketing is restricted or prohibited.

Overview

This matrix defines the jurisdiction classification that applies to marketing activities for the Wirex card program. Verify the classification of every jurisdiction where an activity will be distributed before initiating any campaign or communication.

Jurisdiction rules take precedence over the activity classification described in the Marketing Guide. A jurisdiction that does not appear in this matrix has no classification assigned — consult Wirex before marketing there.
